Westboro Baptist Church is coming to UMASS today! Pray for the Christian community on damage control. I'll be there! We have worked hard to present Jesus well. They won't undo our work!
(Short and sweet)
The Amherst Project The funny thing is that people still ask us "When do you meet?"

As an organization that stands for the cause of family, we know you are on the front lines, seeing the struggle within families every day. Irreplaceable, a documentary from Focus on the Family, explores God’s design for families and offers support and encouragement for you and your cause.
Can we count on you to join us May 6th for the one-night showing of Irreplaceable? More information on the film and purchasing tickets can be found here: http://bit.ly/PkkVfQ.
Great conversation in the campus center today talking to a club that is trying to help people embrace their own skin. They are trying to get a day without makeup on campus. We talked about beauty, art, porn, and sex trafficking and selfies.
Telling people that they are beautiful when they don't believe it isn't enough. Belief that you are beautiful, have dignity and inherent worth is something that has to happen on the inside and that is a very spiritual thing.
I shared the Scripture that says that we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works...(paraphrased Eph 2:10)
The word for workmanship means masterpiece and poetry.
We are not cosmic accidents or just fertilized eggs... We are made in his image and He stamps value onto each of us. When you tap into His heartbeat, you'll hear His affirmation.
So if you struggle with your beauty and worth, please listen to His heart... Open up to Him. He loves you and sees you as His masterpiece! Don't call his art junk, ugly, or anything negative.
First men's meeting of the semester on Monday went well. A great groups of guys are now working on their icebergs. It's a concept from Tim Elmore's Habitudes. Icebergs have 90% of their mass below the surface. The exposed 10% represents your skill and the 90% represents character. It's what's below the surface that sinks the ship.
Pray for men at UMASS to rise up and be men of character.
We had an interesting religious affairs committee today. As many of you know I sit on a spiritual life committee at UMASS consisting of the various chaplains and religious leaders of all kinds that work with students. Today's topic:The gay community and religious student organizations. Very complex and just starting the conversation. Pray for us as we continue the conversation in the coming months.
Thanks to everyone who prayed for the salt conference recently. Lots were healed and touched and set free! Classes are in full swing at UMASS now. We got a few names from the activities fair, the café is off to a good start and we have Bible study tonight and stirfry day tomorrow thanks for all your prayers and support:)
Thanks everyone for the prayers this morning. It went great and there was a change in the Spirit, a noticeable shift. People were touched by the Spirit and I'm believing for more tonight. Pray for me for tomorrow's session too please. Will you pray again?
Hey everybody, please pray for me. I'm speaking at the west coast regional XA retreat on Saturday and Sunday morning. Great opportunity and I am praying for God to move on people big time. I also pray that God would move on many hearts to consider ministry in New England.
Will you pray for these two services? Comment if you will pray.

The 95 nations at UMass have been invited to our 3rd Annual "American Christmas" party this Friday night. We're going to try having 2 parties an hour long each so that we can stagger the crowd. Last year it was packed out.
Pray for a great turnout and that our hosts are able to connect well as we celebrate Christmas together!
Freedom Fence $10K and Stir-Friday!

Friday lunches are always interesting. Today was a mushroom chicken stir fry with rice and spicy tofu skures.
Ruifeng and Da Lu had their first root beer and I had my first tofu skure.

A great time at the 2nd American Picnic. Not a bad turnout considering it rained. We welcomed internationals from Asia, Europe, South America, and the Middle East. Most signed up interested in more events:)
Our Pentecostal Evangel article is online. Update: We have raised and sent $5000 for our first vocational center's sewing machines and leather working equipment.

Our car was stolen. Someone came in our driveway and took the Honda.
So be on the lookout for a black 96' Honda Accord license plate 3801RJ and let us know if you see one.
Happened before 6 this morning.
Yes someone stole a 17 year old car with a 1/4 million miles on it.
Polly Brown Will pray it gets back to you!
