You or your church help us fund an outreach. During the outreach we will film what happened and send you a personal video detailing what happened. This is a great way to partner with us, but in turn we are in turn giving you something you can use to motivate friends, or your parishioners to give to causes like the Amherst Project. 10 scholorships for freshmen
Each Fall we have a retreat that builds the core of our group. There is something spiritual that happens when you get away from the dorms and give God a weekend of your undivided attention. Last year we spoke on the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and many students noticed a change in their life months later.
annual hike Mt. Sugarloaf
Each Fall we do this hike on the second week of the semester. It has served us well as a way for new students to get involved, and for our current students to invite their friends. While hiking, we get to know each other and begin the process of sharing our lives of faith.
Coffee and a Cause
Our last ‘CafÈ Chi Alpha’ was a huge success. Not only did we raise hundreds of dollars for project rescue’s mission to end human trafficking, but we had scores of people drop in to donate, drink coffee and talk. Since then, we have made this event a main component of what we do. You can expect a great return on your donation, as $10 worth of coffee beans will raise around $100 for Project Rescue.
Christmas in America
In the past, our Christmas parties have not really served to reach out to those who have never heard the story about Jesus. This year we would like to turn this festive event into a way to reach out to the lost. Your partnership allows us to buy food, snacks, and reserve a good venue for an event with much potential.
